He is focused on the transformation and the desired outcomes by providing an unbiased view that an individual, organizations or community may be experiencing. The foundation of his coaching philosophy is to connect, engage, serve and learn. 

 

His goal is to have a positive impact advising/Coaching individual who want to excel in their career, have a fulfilling life and accomplish extraordinary things. Occasionally we need to realign our purpose, find our motivation, and focus on our intentions to be successful.

Prior to coaching, Robert 's career journey spans 20 plus years in Sales, Marketing, Business Development and Brand Management roles across diverse industries that includes: Petroleum-Oil & Gas, Fast Moving Consumer Packaged Goods (FMCPG), Distribution, Human Resources Recruiter/Consultant, Insurance and Telecommunications for multinational companies in Canada and  the Caribbean.

Additionally, to coaching and consulting Robert also produces and host "Your 2nd Act Podcast" the destination where career and life intersects. Individuals from different cities, towns, and countries across the globe share their experiences and journey. They participate in interesting and enlightening conversation on how they made that pivot and are reinventing themselves.
