2TUUMBS INTERNATIONAL is a boutique firm specializing in Executive Coaching, Career Development, Brand Strategy and Consulting.

The process starts with research by providing Coaching/Consulting services and assisting with strategic planning.  We seek to understand individuals and organizations, so our recommendations are not made in a vacuum.

REMOTE OFFICE 

Executive Coaching Sessions/Outplacement Career Transition Consulting are conducted via a Virtual Remote Office offered on various platforms (Zoom, Skype, WhatsApp, Google Meets and Google Hangouts, etc.) Currently we do not offer in-person face to face meetings. ​Clients ​we serve are across the Globe, and we can schedule and organize sessions in a way that works for both of us. Since you do not need to leave home or office to join your sessions, scheduling is a lot easier.

Executive Coaching Packages are Minimum of three months for engagement

When you engage us, we will  ensure your  experience is a lasting change, instead of a momentary, insincere relief. We will play a supporting role as a confidant, who is respecting, cheering, and evangelizing for you to change for the better. We will always challenge you to continue developing personally and professionally. There is no cap on how much you can grow, so there is no limit to how long our partnership can last.
